Payment and all registration materials due to be submitted at the time of enrollment, unless a payment plan is requested or scholarship money offered. To add both sessions, add one in the link above, add it to your cart and then select "keep shopping" to add the second.

FRIEND REQUESTS
If a camper is attending the same session as a friend, there will be an opportunity on the registration paperwork to request placement in a cohort group together. Groups otherwise are made with an attempt to create mixed age and neighborhood groups.

CANCELLATIONS
If parents/guardians need to cancel their camp session, a full tuition refund, minus a $50 administration fee, can be made if parents/guardians notify us in writing, on or before May 15, 2026. After this date, we can only offer a refund if the camper's spot can be re-filled. Once the camp session has begun, there are no refunds for individual days not attended for illness, absence, or for officially ordered closure.

Camp Cost & Scholarship
2026 rates: $480/session

Payment should never exclude a kid from accessing what they need - in camp or any enriching activity in life. For this reason, we seek grants and seek donations to be able to offer scholarships. If support is needed to bring camp into reach, please complete the Scholarship Request From at the top menu of this page. If a spot is offered to your child in the camp lottery, we will attempt to match need requests with available funds.
